Silver Ridge was built in 2000 & 2001 and consists of 9 eight unit condominium buildings. Some of the units have detached garages, others have carports. Each condominium has its' own patio or balcony and private entrances. We are conveniently located near Buckley Rd and Mexico in Aurora, Colorado and within minutes of schools, shopping, Cherry Creek Reservoir and Interstate 225.

PET RESTRICTIONS

The Silver Ridge Condominium Assn. has restrictions on the number and weight of any pets. As per the Rules & Regulations, Section 4.00 Pets, #4.02, it states:

"Each Unit shall be permitted a maximum of two (2) pets. The combined weight of all allowable pets may not exceed 100 lbs. No individual pet may exceed 50 lbs. All pets must conform to the City of Aurora and Arapahoe County regulations and ordinances, as well as these Rules & Regulations. Visiting pets MUST adhere to the same guidelines as set forth for the owners and residents."

If you are considering purchasing a unit in the community, please ensure that your pets meet these restrictions.
